I been analyzing people’s behavior long enough to know what I am talking about .
Some people just don’t give a shit and think everyone else has to accept their disrespect.
Having a sense of self worth and values gives you incentive to treat others with respect .
I like to treat others how I like to be treated because I am a self respecting loving person and I only align myself with people that can reciprocate that energy .

When you feel good about yourself it is highly unlikely that you would mis treat others
. Unfortunately you have people in the world that do not have self respect.
Some people have been broken morally and spiritually and given up on themselves .
When A person has been broken and walks around defeated they feel hopeless.
A person like that really doesn’t care about life ,so how do you deal with some one like that ?
That’s a serious question .
When you walk with confidence and dignity the people are going to recognize that .
People will smell the scent of your energy .
When persons know you value your self and don’t tolerate bull shit they will fall back and respect you .
Furthermore people are only going to do what you allow them to do .
So if you are straightforward ,honest respectful people are going to treat you with respect .
A person that respects themselves will not tolerate disrespect from any- one else .
I walk in a certain light and I don’t tolerate disrespect.
If I allow people to disrespect me how would I look as father and a man ?

Any person with integrity and morals has high standards doesn’t tolerate bull shit .
Some people allow any thing to fly but not me .
My tolerance level is alot higher which is a good thing because it helps me learn more about people I would ordinarily dismiss .
Having a High tolerance level means to me having alot of patience .
That doesn’t mean that I am going to sit and allow you to talk nonsense or watch you do dumb shit .
As humans we can only only tolerate so much.
So therefore it is your duty to protect your energy .
A person with dignity isn’t going to allow themselves to be used ,abused or lied to continuously .
Conclusion
The problem is when you lack self respect you tend to transfer the energy of that behaviour upon others .
As a man with self respect I don’t subject myself to disrespect neither do I go out of my way to disrespect others .
