When situations occur we automatically react .
If I would’ve taken heed I wouldn’t have been in that predicament in the first place .
Easier is always better than hard .
When you ingnore the red flags and when you ignore your intuition you end up paying the price .
The cost to pay for ignorance is very expensive .
Knowing when to leave is very important.
You should never tolerate disrespect .
Turning the other cheek is not the best thing to do .
You should never put yourself in a vulnerable position .

No matter where you are or who you are involved with,make sure that you are comfortable.
If you are uncomfortable you cannot function properly mentally .
Every 1 has a limit as to what they can take before they reach a tipping point.
No job or relationship is worth more than having a peace of mind .
When you have a peace of mind you have everything.
Sometimes it is hard to let go however always be ready to walk away from situations that don’t serve a good purpose in your life .
Some people won’t let go despite being mis treated as they feel insecure and would rather not be lonely.
This is why it’s important to be lead by the spirit of God and listen to your intuition.
When you hear that voice in your head telling you to go left go left .
When you sense that something is off move immediately.
Listening to that still small voice inside of you can make a difference between life and death .
Never ignore the red flags because it can come back to haunt you .
Set some boundaries to protect yourself from the mental physical and spiritual abuse .
It’s only so much you can take before you reach a tipping point ,So why put yourself in that type of predicament in the first place ?
Id rather put an end to it before the situation escelates .
I know that some of you are in some very abusive situations at work and at home but you won’t leave.
Lots of you are tolerating abusive relationships and jobs because of the security they provide .
That says alot about you as a person .
That shows me that you lack self respect
The abuse is going to continue on and your blessings will continue passing you by because you aren’t aligned .
I am not saying that you are a bad person however I am telling you that you have to change your outlook of yourself before things get better.
I went through phases too but I always knew that I had to do better .
I couldn’t allow myself to keep traveling down that road .
Where I am at now in life ignorance doesn’t have a place .
I don’t want unruly unprofessional people around me .
I don’t have time for low vibrational people .
I read people’s body language and their spirit and when I sense something is off I bounce and or keep my distance .
