Tried and True ways to build credibility

Be yourself everyone else is already taken. You should never compromise yourself as a person for the sake of others . The only approval you need is yours .

I am not saying you shouldn’t seek advice because that would stop you from learning.

The I know it all attitude Is really just a front. No one knows it all and people know that so why even try to pretend you do.

I can smell inseciritues and I know why people like controlling the narrative. Controlling narratives gives people the sense of empowerment and control.

People want to be recognized as the man and woman in charge. Some of them cannot live without the press . It becomes addictive Why do people go out of their way for attention ?

I am guilty of it to . Going about things the wrong but I Knew within my heart that it wasn’t the right thing to do . I was destined to change because that was not the person I was raised to be neither was it the lifestyle I truly lived for .

“Get in where you fit in ” is bullshit . Don’t do it . You wasn’t born to live in peoples shadows ,you was born to lead .

Take that as a compliment because I want to see you shine and grow . You are not a sacrifice ,you are a worthy being . Here is a question

Look at a person like Kobe Bryant .

Kobe was known for his hard work and dedication in the sport of basket ball. He rose to the highest of levels and earned the nick name black mamba .

Always stay true to yourself because Liars and thieves lose credibility .

When you lose credibility it’s hard to get it back . Reputation is representative of you. Being honest is the best way to build credibility .

You build credibility by honoring your words .Your actions speak volumes about you . You can say what ever you want when you want but if you don’t deliver you will get a bad label .

In other words you are going to have to live with the guilt People like playing games which gets annoying but only if you allow it .

The game I like playing is my own game because that is what I am good at . I don’t find it amusing lying to people . Even if you don’t have an Answer people will appreciate you being honest .There is nothing wrong with not knowing .

Lots of us would rather play like we know exactly what’s going on . What happens when people call your bluff?

What doesn’t come out in the dark Eventually comes out in the light so just be mindful .

People know that people make mistakes so there is no use pretending like you don’t. You might think you are building credibility acting perfect but in actuality you are destroying it .

Do you think people are likely to open up to someone who seems to have every thing going for themselves ? Do you think they are likely to open up to persons who is open about their struggles even when they become

successful ?

I don’t feel comfortable opening up to persons whom I know are not being authentic .

I need to be able to connect with that person on many levels. Even me, I have to continue keeping it real otherwise I might lose credibility.

Keeping it real doesn’t mean you are loud and outspoken . Keeping it real means being honest .

There is no compromise with the truth. I know you get around certain people that sway you some what a bit. But me I keep it real regardless of who is around.

I like listening to peoples perspectives though. Some people are strong with their beliefs and I respect peoples opinions even if I disagree.

You and I can could be in a conversation I would listen and answer because I support free thinking .

I know myself and am good at keeping my balance . Moreover I am aware people are very manipulative .

You have to know yourself .

Sometimes people encourage you to do things that are not necessarily bad but not productive either. People that know themselves will not go along with the flow just for the sake of it .

People that follow the herd do it to fit in . People think it’s cool fitting in to be accepted.

Fitting in with the crowd is not authentic . If you can lead by good example in all environments you put yourself in then ithat’s authenticity .

Authenticity isn’t compromising morals and integrity . Yes when you fall in line people will respect you for all the wrong reasons . They might smile in your face however they don’t really respect you although you might think they do .

The people misleading you will do so happily but even they don’t trust you .

How can a person not be loyal to him or herself ? If you are not loyal to you how are you supposed to be loyal to anyone else ?

You might think it’s cool but you are a liability . It is ok being you ,it’s the easiest thing to do .

A dose of the truth is what the doctor ordered . As long as I write I will always do my best . I have the authority to influence and uplift people with the pen .

So therefore I speak from my heart .Not everything I say is for everybody but rest assured honesty is a priority .

I refuse to sell a facade to people .Lying to a person is like poisoning that person . Lying and stealing is a germ and when you get caught the community will scorn you .

Far too many people are portraying one thing but in actuality they are living another lifestyle.

Most people want to gain notoriety ,I understand we as humans like attention but we must not bend .

People that respect themselves have no need to gain approval. When you are different you are going to get attention any way . There is no need to seek attention. You can tell when some one is seeking attention by the way they act .

Being a child is different, they throw temper tantrums as is to be expected but when you are an adult there are certain things you should and shouldn’t do .

Being loud vulgar ,intimidating,manipulative etc is only going to serve to discredit you.

Like for example a liar or cheater getting caught red handed.

Liars and cheaters usually do things to hide shit from people or to control what others are thinking and saying . Being a liar is dangerous. Some people are comfortable in their lies because it gives them the illusion of comfort and success .

No one is saying you can’t achieve your goal being a liar but you are doing it dishonestly. The thing about people that make short term goals telling lies it always catches up to them .

When people trust you and put faith in you then find out you deceived them is like a slap in their faces .

That is the ultimate betrayal . People might forget what you said but they will never forget how you made them feel .

You as a person looking establish yourself does not have to do things out of the ordinary. All you have to do is be you ,that is your greatest strength .

Some people like posing wich is cool but when you do it to appease people you are doing yourself an injustice. What ever you do, do it in an upright way .

Don’t bend or fold even when things are rough. Fear is false evidence appearing real .

Every thing you face is preparation for what is to come even if it doesn’t relate. What it means is your ability to handle situations is shaping you and molding you for the future .

A It is either you face the situation head on find a solution or

B Break down and allow the situation to get the best of you .

It takes a great amount of effort Time Energy Consistency Failing Succeeding To be successful .

You don’t

become successful over night . It took Michael Jordan decades to establish himself . He has always carried himself professionally on and off the court

As a result of his hard work on and off the court people recognize Michael Jordan as the Greatest ever to play. Michael is well balanced person .

I am not saying he doesn’t have his challenges because all great people do .

The difference between the successful and unsuccessful is their out looks towards things .

That is the only thing separating people not their income gap or education level . One can achieve anything he /she wants.

What so beneficial following others ? I don’t see any benefits except for the illusion of accomplishments .

The illusion of accomplishment . You most certainly don’t want peoples attention on you for the wrong reasons .

Are you a polarizing person or are you reserved? This is why it’s important to know what you want and why you want to do it . You need direction and guidance.

You have to listen to your intuition. Listen to that still voice telling you go left when you think that you should go right .

Any person that is comfortable in their own skin walks in a manner that attracts other people. Being different means being you ,some people like it ,some people don’t .

You gain more respect when you conduct yourself in decency and order.

People get drawm in naturally to people that are different.
