I posted an ad for the first time in years
when I was posting Facebook ads years ago I was trying to sell T – Shirts but my results were bismal because of my formula .
To Make a long story short no one really new me and I was driving people directly to a sales page hoping to make a sale because other marketers were doing it .
Now I post to get engagement and comments first then if my ad does good I re target .
The purpose of me marketing indirectly is to raise awareness and build trust .
When it comes to marketing you have to warm people up before you push for the sale .

I am not saying Facebook marketing is something you can learn overnight however all skill levels can do it .

When I first signed up for facebook 14 years ago I did it for pleasure.
Now I am having to clean my friends list because my ideals have changed.

Just by me saying that might have got you inspired but you can easily get discouraged if you are not disciplined to put the work in .
My expectations of making sales is low however my expectations of delivering value and building relationships is high.
I know it’s not going to happen when I think it’s going to happen .
The Process takes time work and energy but when I do get the ball rolling I am going to be a freight train.
So if you are patient throughout the process you will be miles ahead of other marketers .
Like i said earlier, Facebook is saturated with marketers but you can use that to your advantage .
Map out a plan and put in the work every day.
Don’t play around wasting time involving yourself in useless debates .
Get on facebook ,connect ask questions ,share a valuable thought or piece of information that you think adds value to the lives of others .
As we both know there is a wide range of people using Facebook but can weed out who you want on your friends list and who you don’t.
If you are a marketer it really doesn’t make sense adding your school friends, you can always add them to watts app.
I am only telling you these things to help make it easier for you to find an audience that’s more likely to engage and buy .
Engagement is the most important factor in marketing period .
If you aren’t getting the engagement then it’s no sense marketing and I don’t mean you should quit if you are getting the engagement that you want .
What I am saying is that the purpose of Marketing is to getting attention .
Without the attention it’s impossible to get recognized.
