One thing about me I will not be guilting or bashing you for not following my advice .
At the end of the day you have to live with the choices you make like any one else .
Let’s dive in .
I knowpeople that were employees for 30 plus years only to retire and get another job .
To me that’s insane but at the same time it’s normal in society today .
There is no shame in having a job and not every one is an entrepreneur .
Some people function better taking orders others like my self don’t .
On to my next point .
Today We are talking about stepping out of your comfort zone and building a brand .
Once you build a company it is yours ,yes running the company comes with responsibility but the rewards are even greater .
I’d rather struggle building something I love than to wake up forcing myself to go and punch the clock for some 1 else .
Working for others doesn’t allow me to have the freedom of movement that I want and need.
I don’t like the idea of having to ask for vacation days or calling in saying that I am sick .
This doesn’t mean as Entrepreneurs we don’t communicate because we do .
with that being said Punching the clock for an employer takes discipline as does building your own business .
The only difference is that you are relying on some one else for income which is dangerous to me .
Your boss has to negotiate and compete to get business as well so don’t think that it’s a walk in the park .
Your boss is supplying you with work but you don’t know about the deals and opportunities he /she missed out on .
I am not telling you to abandon your job without having another source of income however I am encouraging you to build your own business on the side .
If you have to time to go to the night club and watch sports you have time to build a company .
You’d be surprised how much progress you can make in a short period of time .
I’ve had a few full.time jobs but never could come to terms with being told what to do .
To date I have a part time job however it doesn’t’ infringe on what I do daily .
Any thing that’s going to stress me out I don’t do .
My sanity and peace of mind is priceless .

With that being said it’s all about your mindset but don’t force yourself to do anything you don’t want to do.

Focus on the basic fundamentals and the transition will be a lot smoother .
Don’t try to do the intricate things at an early stage otherwise you’ll confuse yourself so keep it simple .
Building a brand doesn’t require special skills which means you can navigate and make adjustments along the way .
