Successful people don’t rely on talent alone they put in the work .
It’s impossible for you or me or any other person to grow with out nurturing our talents.
It amazes me when I see extremly gifted people letting their talents slide down the drain .
Fortunately you are reading this blog post which means you will not succumb to your ego and ignorance .
I have come across lots of talented people that never materialized their dreams.

Talent is just one component but it’s not the most important element of success.
People that rely on talent alone fall miserably .
The person beating on their craft every day is far more likely to achieve their goals than the person relying solely on talent.
A talented person with a good work ethic is going to produce and achieve worth while results.
Every one has a talent and a gift but every one learns at a differen pace .
You and I could be studying the same thing and you might learn it a little faster than me .
That doesn’t mean I am not as good or equally talented it just means we process and grasp information differently.
So we need to stop sabotaging our-selves .
Nothing can beat a strong work ethic except for when strategy is in play but even then work is a must .
If I were a scout I would scout for people with crazy work ethics that compliment their talents .
As it stands now some of you think that talent alone is good enough .
Discipline is the most important element is the role of success .
Like how many times per week are you willing to manufacture and produce?
Do you have your priorities in order ?
Are you feeling like this is a walk in the park ?
If you are feeling that way I want to advise you to snap out of it or risk losing it all.
You have the God given ability but your problem is your laziness .
You know how to do it but you don’t want to put in the time energy and effort to get it done .
Talent to me is only advantageous when you are committed
Together we can nip it in the butt .
You have the opportunity to get on the right track so I am encouraging you because I see the potential and I might as well guide you .

I urge you not to take things for granted.
For As good as you are there is always going to be some one just as good.

Don’t allow the gift of being talented get to your head and don’t get complacent because when you do things will turn out for the worst.
Every great athlete or business person or entertainer has been through something .
Michael Jordan went through it .
Even when you think you are good enough where by people are telling you are good enough you must not settle.
Keep pushing and striving .
Remember there is always room for improvement .
You have to keep an open mind .
The minute you stop learning is when you growth curve flattens out and you don’t want that.
It is unfortunate that there are brilliant minded people walking around with nothing to show for it besides a historical conversation.
Often times you will find these brilliant types of people only want to be right and are very opinionated.
They want people to know that they are knowledgeable and glory in debating and being right .
The flip side is that they often complain about life’s situations .
There is nothing wrong with being knowledgeable but the execution of the knowledge is what matters.
Knowledge and experience isn’t good unless it is applied .
Let’s not forget the importance of work ethics and accountability
It takes effort to improve unless you are satisfied and don’t want to grow .
When you get to a place where you feel like you are losing interest you should definitely re-evaluate yourself .
“Success is rented” so it doesn’t matter how much progress you make there is still room for improvement.
You might be the best in your region or the best in the world but if you ever get laczi daisy some one else will surpass you .
Floyd Mayweather is a very very talented athlete but his work ethic made him great.
The man works on his craft like there is no tomorrow.
If Floyds work ethic wasn’t crazy he wouldn’t be as successful and undefeated.
I just think talented people sometimes allow their egos to get in the way .
Some of them aren’t coachable because they feel they know everything or they have the “I know it all mentality”
The know it all mindset is a dangerous mindset.
It’s one thing to be knowledgeable but totally different when you think you know it all .
When you think you know it all there is no room for improvement and growth but that’s when bigger problems take place .
It impossible for you to know everything.
Imagine entrusting an air plane pilot that doesn’t listen to his /her cock pit members .
That would be a total disaster.
People with the know it all attitude will lead you down the wrong path every time.
They say ‘you can learn a lot from a “dummie” that person who is perceived as a dumb dumb isn’t dumb because he knows he has more to learn.
The person that thinks there is nothing to learn is the dummie .
There is always gonna be people that know more and less than you do however Its not about who knows the most .
What ever you done yesterday is nothing more than a memory because you can only learn from it You can’t relive it
It is impossible to go back and rewrite the history books.
Past success and failures are to be learned from.
In reality we are only as good as what we do here and now .
This doesn’t take away from your achievements one bit.
This way of thinking helps keep you focused and hungry to achieve .
You know It can take years to build an empire and 1 mistake for it to come crumbling down .
This is why it’s important to keep on building and expanding your mindset.
Do not worry about the people doubting you and praising you because it Is corrupt.
Either way you have a choice to make .
Every day is an opportunity to start new no matter who you are .
So that means anything you accomplished yesterday is history but can be built upon .
If you want to grow you have got to be willing to learn and execute.
Anything worthwhile holding on to and achieving is sometimes painful but pain is a neccessary component of success .
Ask any woman and she would tell you giving birth is painful but she has to go through the process to give birth .

Don’t settle for less and never get complacent .Keep honing your skills and improving yourself as a person.
