I don’t treat people one way or the other because of their position, gender and title .
There are people whom I admire and some I don’t but other than that I look at the Janitor the same way I look at the CEO .
Imagine if the sanitation man decided not to collect the trash .
We would have serious issues with rodents and I am sure that the office people wouldn’t want that .
No matter if you are washing pots or working as a bellman do it with pride .
We all play a vital role in society .
Your position and title doesn’t make you any less or better than the next person.
Your character matters more than anything else .
If any one does frown upon you so what .
As long as you are happy and confident in who you are that’s all that matters.
I know how to adjust accordingly to all circumstances.
When I am in a business environment around professionals my morals remain intact but my delivery and approach Is different.
I am comfortable around all walks of life but I don’t like being around stupid people.
I know who I am and I know what I stand 🧍♂️ for .
When I show up I show out .
As I’ve gotten wiser and older I stopped competing with others and started focusing on personal growth and development.
To be the best you just have to be the best version of you .
It’s not about being better than the next person .
What do you accomplish being in competition with others ?
Confident people can walk in any room and make a difference .
It’s all about loving yourself .
When you start loving you that’s when you will start blossoming.
You are important
In order to succeed in life you have to value yourself.
Taking care of you should be your top priority .
When you are in a good space mentally you can accomplish anything .
Self confidence
You become confident when you trust and believe in yourself.
So no matter what people say no one can break you .
Do it with pride
I don’t care if you are washing pots or washing cars like I do but just make sure that you do it with pride .
As long as you are doing what you love whilst being able to generate income keep doing it .
It’s about your character not your title
Your title and position doesn’t define you but your character does .
Your title and position doesn’t make you who you are .
I am proud of what I do and any one who looks down upon looks?down upon me .
I am happy and doing what I love and that’s all that matters.
Make peace with yourself
When you start thinking and feeling as if you need to be accepted you get into trouble.
When you become insecure you become vulnerable to people .
When you are comfortable in your own skin you are confident in yourself.
Confident people don’t belittle themselves neither do we allow the opinions of others to control our narrative .
Choose your path
Find something you love doing .
Don’t pursue things that others think you should pursue .
This is your journey and when it’s all said and done you deserve to be happy.
Don’t allow any one to dictate to you.
No ones going to do what makes you happy but they’ll do what makes them happy .
I am not a people pleaser and they aren’t walking in my shoes .
We only get 1 shot at life so therefore we should live it up to the fullest .
