The most important reasons Why you shouldn’t justify bad behavior

Just because the majority is doing something unethical doesn’t mean that you should follow along.

This is why it’s important to analyze and draw conclusions logically .

When a person is wrong, they are wrong regardless of who it is .

Some people go to great lengths trying to justify their behavior .

We are quick to call out other people on their bull shit yet we try to deflect and point fingers when we do it .

It’s either you are representing the truth, or you are representing lies .

The truth is not always what we want to hear. However, it’s necessary .

I am not leaning to the left, and I am not leaning to the right neither am I neutral .

I represent the truth, and that way I don’t show favoritism  .

Very few people are willing to embrace the truth in its wholeness .

I question things as I don’t take things on face value ,the wool cannot be pulled over my eyes .

I analyze each situation individually so that I can form independent rationale conclusions .

When I see the crowd going left, I go right .

What’s so cool about being a follower ?

When a person doesn’t think for themselves, it’s much easier to mis lead them .

It’s only the people who are not iindendent thinkers being divided and misled .

People like myself can not be misled and fed lies .

My diet is truth .

People who can not handle the truth they stay away from me .

The truth makes some people uncomfortable .

In today’s world, most people would rather live life to appease others  instead of living life on their own terms .

I refuse to be held hostage by people’s perceptions of me  .

Whether you speak the truth or tell lies, people are going to criticize you.

Even the people taking advantage of you are going to talk nonsense about you .

With that being said, don’t you find it easier telling the truth or is it profitable to tell lies ?

I would think not, but I am going to leave it up to you to answer the question .

Deal with the situation for what it is

When you address the situation, it’s much easier to form logical and balanced answers .

Stop setting double standards .

When you are holding someone accountable the objective isn’t to shame them ..

The  goal  is to hold them accountable so that they don’t repeat the same behavior .

Don’t look at the relationship you have with the person, look at the situation .

Bias comes about when you form decisions based on who the person is rather than by merit or the action they have committed .

Here’s a prime example

Some people reward and / or correct people based on their relationship or view of that person .

So if a person likes and favors you, they might just turn a blind eye and justify your wrong doings .

If that same person doesn’t like you, they’ll call  you out in a heartbeat .

Thanks for taking the time out to listen and read  .
