2 You are going to exhaust yourself

We have to get out of the mindset that we have to do everything .

What you are really doing is stifling your growth .

Self employed people like micro managing but having free time to do things you love is priceless .

There is no way you can grow and have free time when you try to manage everything.

It going to get to a point when you need to make a decisions like 1 Hire a team 2 Continue doing it all yourself .

For me option A is the best beacause (1)I love free time (2)I need free time on my hands to invest in other people and projects .

I have 2 questions for you

1 If you go on vacation will your business close for the duration of time

2 When problems arise do you have management or personnel that deal with problems .

Amazon has employees which means Jeff Bezzos does not have to deal with refunds or opening closing warehouses etc .

Yes he is a hard work but when he goes home to sleep at night rest assured he isn’t getting direct calls from consumers.

If Jeff Bezzos didn’t hire people Amazon would have remained a small company or possibly died .

Focus on growth not so much control

You will always have control over yourself hence why I am encouraging you to make better use of your time .

You need to start taking advantage of the fact that you have free reign to do what you want with your time .

In this case why not leverage other peoples time so that you can invest and manage other aspects of your life .

Less stress on yourself and everything . How are you supposed to travel the world and enjoy yourself if you are always busy .

We all know that People make time for who and what they want no matter what their schedule is .

On the flip side if all your time is consumed by work it’s impossible for you to get work life balance and balance is needed in everything .

There is nothing beneficial about over working yourself.

“The I can do it all myself is a good mentality but it comes to a point in time when you need to know when to delegate and outsource .

Your brand can only grow so much with just you and eventually the work load will out weigh productivity .

When that happens you will fall behind .

Falling behind work is worst than not having work .

Conclusion

I remember when I started my enteprenurship journey I thought I had to do everything myself . It gave me a feeling of satisfaction and control but It was an illusion .
