Leadership is a responsibility .
Leaders need to stop taking advantage of people and realize that things are subject to change.
Even if you are in authority at some point in time you will experience difficulty.
Me personally I do not look at leadership as a title or position .Now Let me explain what I mean.
All eyes are on you yes , people are going to critique you support you demonize you so there fore leadership is an example .
You shouldn’t let being in authority get to your head because I have seen people turn into monsters once they have been given authority.

Leaders are influencers .
You can ifluence people in the right direction or you can influence them in the wrong direction .
Yes a lot of people need direction and yes some people are vulnerable.
A leader incorporates others into his /her plans ,they don’t exploit them.
You might pull the wool over their eyes for a little while but at some point in time they will expose you if you step on their toes .
You have Some people that don’t want to accept the truth .
Those are the people living in denial .

However there always comes a time when people get fed up .
You can only put on a facade for so long .
This is why you should be who you are without fear of the consequences.
As leader my soul wouldn’t allow me to mis lead you .
Am I a yes person no however I do bemieve in being honest .
This doesn’t mean you have tp answer every question .
Anything to do with your personal life isn’t any one elses business .
Leaders aren’t perfect .

We face challenges like every one else but we still have to have our personal life in order otherwise things will get leaked into public domain .
As a leader you definitely don’t want to give the public ammunition . Mr and Miss public will try tear down if you if you leave that door open .
