Treating every prospect and customer with an equal amount of respect is paramount .

You can’t be setting double standards.

In other words You do a favor for one customer but refuse to do it for the next customer is called being bias.

You have  to deal with customer with respect .

Dealing with multiple personalities on a daily basis is challenging .


In order for your business to survive you need people skills.


It is not easy being told you shipped out the wrong order ,it is not easy when you hear a customer give you a bad review .


Bad and good reviews is something every business faces from time to time .


As entrepreneurs we have to be aware of how we react and define complaints .

Depending on how you look at it people complaining isn’t always a bad thing.


Complaints open up the door of opportunity to learn.


We tend to look at it as a sign of rejection and take it the wrong way and that is where we go wrong .

Some us get into entrepreneurship for financial freedom not knowing that we have to fight for it.


If business was just about marketing and selling I think a lot more people would get involved .

As a business owner you have to be open minded and not one dimensional.


You have to learn to pay attention to the people You want to sell your products and services to .


People could careless whether or not you sell anything.


People want what they want and not every need can be met but that shouldn’t stop you from listening learning and trying.


Sometimes all it takes is an effort and geniuness to win favor in the market .


Arrogance isn’t going to get you anywhere .


Listening and caring will get you results one way or the other .



People will try to discourage you and give you difficulty  no matter how much you try to avoid customer complaints you will at some point .


You will receive a complains for making an honest mistake but that is the way the ball rolls in business.

Every business owner has had to face opposition .


You have to understand that having people skills is a necessary requirement for any corporation .

Without people skills you are operating at a disadvantage .

Not every person buying from you is going to be genuine but you still have to be professional hemce why  my emphasis on learning people skills .

There is no way to eliminate complaints but you can train your staff so that they can be equipped and ready to handle task .


When dealing with complaints you have to have thick skin.


As long as you know that you aren’t immune to it you would be better prepared to handle the complaints that come your way .


There will always be disgruntled people running around.


There are people that will try to ruin your reputation hence why training and preparation is just as important .


Every interaction with a customers should be a learning curve.

Remember that You are in business not just to serve and sell but to take harsh criticism .


Criticism is apart of the game however You can use the criticism to your advantage .


It is not always a bad thing when customers are unhappy because there is opportunity to learn .

Eventhough it is impossible to please everybody doesn’t mean you shouldn’t listen and learn.


Good and bad feed back can be used as a measuring stick .


Sometimes it is frustrating when you do the right thing and still receive back lash .


As long as you are in business you will  always be criticized .


You have the power and control of how you respond when there are discrepancies .


There are things you can do to help make sure protocols and measures are in place .


We are entitled to mistakes which means we will fail.


When you start to think that you are above reproach that’s when you run into difficulties .


As a business owner I know full well i am not above criticism .


People will despise you just because you are successful and there will be times when people say things for your own good.


As a business owner you can’t get confrontational and bent out of shape when some one says something that you dislike .


You can’t always be right . When you screw up the market will correct you but when you get it right that market will let you know .


When you get into business thinking you are above the people you are setting yourself up for failure .


You have to be open minded and transparent with your audiences.

People are going to know whether or not you are genuine .


The realities that we face as business owners can change at any given time hence why it is important to show customers appreciation at all times .

Not every person Is an ideal candidate for business service and in that case you either refer them or don’t serve them at all .


I know what it’s like dealing with scandalous people ,some peoples money is not worth it .


Some people intentionally try to stir the pot .


When you train yourself and your your staff to communicate with people on a professional level it makes the process a lot less stressful .


When you think you shouldn’t be subject to criticism that’s when you can end up in trouble.


Conclusion
