The moment your shop doors open, People are looking and expecting different things.

 

And you have to deliver.

 But When we become fixated on one or two aspects of the game we limit productivity.

 

Delivering the Product and service is only 2 pieces of the Puzzle .

 

How much do you really value your customers ?

 

Have you seen growth in your business yet ?

 

We start out the right way engaging,building relationships then fall off after getting to a certain level.

Complacency is the word for that.

Be mindful of your conduct .One minute you can be  on top of the world and the next you are on the bottom.

 

How do we stay on top of that.

 

In today’s episode I will be sharing some insights to help you

I have been working on improving my  delivery too.

 

I know and understand that If I do not produce my internet marketing business will falter .

 

I am not online to take up space .

 

I like to lead by example so therefore I am not going to allow you to read my content without getting the training you need.

 

Let’s start focusing on delivering  good service consistently.

 

What does good customer service look like.

 

That all depends on who you are talking to but I have my perception of what It should look like.

 

As we know ,Good customer service is a big part of business success.

 

In fact good service is the key to keeping the doors to your business open .

 

Without it you will lose credibility .

 

The sooner brands and business adapt this way of thinking the sooner they will grow .

 

You cannot just pop up on people aggressively .

 

Your products are but a small piece of the puzzle .

 

In my view the customer is the boss and you are the  service provider .

 

The relationship has to be mutually beneficial.

 

You want my money  but  what do I get in exchange for it.

 

I like to be nurtured and respected as a person and a buyer .

 

It is powerful when you can put yourself in the shoes of the buyer .

 

Entrepreneur ship is a two way street .

 

The upside of owning a business is unlimited .

 

You are not on a salary cap or under the gun .

 

You cannot continue on giving half baked service because you will get ousted .

 

The arrogant business owners ones that neglect the value and relationships usually crash hard.

 

How dare you think that you can treat people any oldway and get away with it .

 

If that is you I think you need to stop now.

 

You’re not bigger than your customer .

 

It is time to invest into service centers and employee training programs to enhance the over all experience.

 

 As a marketer I like to be in  Tune with what is happening in the market so that I can make informed decisions.

 

Big companies like Apple have we’ll run service centers .

 

Attitude and hygeine falls under the umbrella of service as well .

 

The brands that are winning are the ones showing love and appreciation .

 

I know that some of us have been taught a certain way .

 

We haven’t really broadened our horizon as we should .

 

Nevertheless nothing to stress no one knows everything .

 

We have been taught to deliver on product and price points.

 

 

And it is good keeping track of inventory and knowing the price of each product as it relates to others.

 

However  in doing so we must not overlook  service  in the process.

 

Allow me to interject for a moment 

 

 I am known for getting excited and carried away some  times .

 

I have a question for you 

 

What if there was a method to help you improve  Would you be willing to use it ?

 

I cannot and will not force anything down your throat .At the end of the day it is up to you .

I will keep it as simple as I can .

 

I might get a little complex too depending on how I am feeling.

 

Whilst we focus most of our time and energy into products we need to balance the time and channel that energy into other aspects of the business too .

 

Customers want the complete experience .

 

There are several reasons why Businesses are failing .

 

Some have failed because they became complacent .

 

Some failed to adapt.

 

Others  took people for granted and payed the price .

 

You can only get away with certain things for so long .

 

Sometimes making small adjustments makes the world of a difference.

 

This is why you need To be nimble and proactive . 

 

A lot of what I am sharing  is basic but effective .

 

So why do we think we have to do  abnormal things to get extraordinary results ?

 

 If we are going to grow we had  better pay attention to detail.

 

Step up to the plate .

 

Doing things Like making sure that your equipment is functioning properly.

 

Making sure that your store front is clean .

 

Because the last thing I want to do is walk in a business that reaks .

 

 Your place has to be sanitary otherwise I will walk out and I am sure I am not the only one.

 

It is all apart of delivering good service 

 

Think about how you feel when you are being  Inconvenienced.

 

If people have to Waite around they will get up and go elsewhere.

 

People do not have the patients to be waiting for you to organize your store front or Waite for staff to position themselves before they are able to make a purchase .

So you and your team have to be prepared days In Advancet give yourself breathing room .

 

Make regular routine checks .

 

Test and tweak .

 

Your duty is to make sure that your patrons are satisfied.

 

Product labellling and pricing has to be accurate too.

 

What does it mean to deliver exceptional service?

Whether  you deliver a package or   make a transaction the most important part of the delivery is in the follow up and value and service .

 

Listening and smiling when customers enter the establishments makes a difference .

 

 And why do so Many brands fail to do it ?

 

  1. their main focus is  money 
  2. They are down right lazy

 

I lost customers by not following up.They might not ever purchase a other product from me again . I was happy to be making a commissions that I lost my focus .

 

Following up was never on my mind .

 

I never took the time to email  or send a gift card  saying thank you for shopping.

 

Lessson learned  points taken.

 

This brings me to my next point.

 

We have to focus on delivering top notch service to ensure that the customer wins all  around .

 

  • Customer service
  • Enoyeee training 
  • Incentivizing
  • Content
  • Product upgrades

So as you see it is a variation of things that compliment service .

 

Ensuring that deliveries are made on time .

 

You are the product that people buy into .Remember that moving forward .

 

So many business out there know how to set up store fronts but do  not know how to deliver.

 

Execution is the foundation of success.Preparation has to take center stage.

 

Pooor preparation will only make matters worst.

 

Like if you have a book coming out 3 months from now It would make sense to podcast 😂 to help build awareness .

 

It would be ignorant not to promote.

 

Awareness is everything .

 

You have to be sharp and proactive.

 

Do not Waite for problems to arise .Be proactive.

 

I like going to business establishments that are organized.

 

I dislike going to shops that are supposed to be open  only to see that they have not opened on time .

 

Another one I  dislike is dealing with  sales reps or organizers that do not have a clue how to manage.

 

This is where businesses get it wrong because if you do not know how to do something you can find some one that does.

 

I do not like going into places where I have to waite because of poor preparation .

I like  go in and  get what I have to get without having to be scrambling around.

 

 

Analysis 

Business will always be about service and relationships. You can promote the best products in the world but if your service is poor you will fail.
