Is there a fast track to business success ?

 

Yes some people achieve certain milestones before others but there is a backstory to every successful person

Yes there are certain areas of business that some people Excel more than others that is a given hence why you must hire a team .

 

Some Business managements are better at capital management and communication .

 

The next business might have a stronger marketing team and better relationships with their employees and unions.

 

Some brands have outstanding executives and better cost and accounting controls .

Firstly, we must define what is  business success .

 

To some people making sales is the Pinnacle of business success.

 

To me building networks giving good customer service and solving the issues of my customers is business success.

 

Yes you need to sell your products and services but without the people buying into your products and services you cannot make money  .
That is why I smile when I see brands making everything about themselves .

 

And what do I mean ?

 

Well..you want to sell sell sell .You think it is cute pushing discounts and bombing people with sales adverts right ?

 

Take it from me it is annoying .I believe in treating others how I would like to be treated.

 

In other words building bonds solving and enhancing the over all customer experience is what I like to do .

 

Businesses need people,it is  not the other way around .

 

People  are not obligated to buy from you or me .

 

You own the business but not the people .

 

You can build trust and win loyal customers .

 

I have a mobile car washing business .To make a long story short one of my customers said to me that he is loyal.

 

The reason why he is loyal is because Each time I wash his car he gets high quality work consistently.
The moral of the story is to feed the market with value.

 

Sales are important but do not make that a priority over service .

 

Make service a priority and eat crow.

 

The amount of money you make at any given  time will be in direct proportion to the amount of value given ,skills used.

 

Remember you are one vendor out of many .How you differentiate yourself is what matters .

 

Standing out from your competitors will set you apart .

 

Remember you are not the only service provider on the web .

 

Good Price points q,merchandise is common but that alone is not going to win customers over .

 

To win customers over business must be people orientated

 

Businesses must be flexible and genuine .

Those are ways of attracting people but they are not the most effective .

 

You need the attention and time of the people in order for  those tactics to work.

 

Think about how you would feel if A Sales agent approached you and said, “hurry up and buy ” Or what happens when you are at the gas station and the gas attendant ask or reaches for the money before pumping the gas  ?

 

Successful businesses make it a priority to over deliver .

 

But a business that is focused soley on sales and merchandise is a business in need of an overhaul and is destined to fail.

 

People are the ones buying and if they aren’t satisfied with what you are offering then how do you expect to make money ?

 

Value is the key word yet so many of us over look it because we are in  such a hurry to sell shit .
Get in the market and give value .You might not get a sale now but later on down the road when you get your return you will be glad you made the investment .

 

Start looking at business like a relationship that you want  to cherish and keep because that is How you build genuine customer loyalty .

 

One thing about business communication is key. The way you promote makes a big difference .

 

Every business promotes but it is how you promote that matters .

 

I just think that direct selling methods are not the most effective unless off course you are a giant brand like Apple that has built up credibility and a  loyal fan base.

 

But even Apple has to engage and produce value .

 

So in it all large ,small, medium organizations need to give .

 

I mean If you make everything about sales people will go to the establishments giving them the value .

 

To me sales are at the backend of the tunnel . lead with value before asking for the sale.

 

Make the exchange mutually beneficial and eventually the sales will come in .

 

The problem that I see is that people want to get rich overnight .

 

However The most successful businesses  get into business to solve and bring value to the market .

 

If money is your main focus you will find yourself chasing it .

 

If You want to be in a position to receive the money ,You have to involve others in the process too

 

 

I want to make more sales Too but I will not make sales if I pitch and spam people .

 

I like the fact that I am in a crowded market because I see lots of pitching going on and that plays to my advantage .

 

With patience and my ability to deliver solutions and give without expectations gives me the opportunity to gain more market share .

 

Mind you I love when I make a sale ! But I feel better knowing that I have provided a solution to people’s problems !

 

Use indirect marketing techniques, we be respectful and you will win .

 

The sale is not going to be handed to you on a silver platter you have to earn it .

 

I show up consistently and engage in groups on a regular basis .

 

Every piece of information that I share helps me build up brand equity .

 

People take note and are sure to remember me .

 

I am not doing any convincing at this time or  at all.

 

People ask questions and I give answers to the best of my ability .

 

There is no secret formula . 

 

Remember something, it is the people who will advocate for you .

 

Build your business around the needs of people .

 

 People feeling  appreciated and satisfied  is a plus for your company .

 

But first you have to cast aside your ego .

 

The ego is focused on the business and the sale ,not the people .

 

And that is definitely not the way to succeed .

 

Sooner or later bad practices and policies will come back to haunt your organization .

 

And never take people for granted .

 

Always Remember the hard work that you put in to get to where you are.

 

It’s easy to get complacent and forget the people that buy your products and services.

 

Treat your fan  base with decency and honor .

 

 I  have a question for you .Do you think that biting the we hand that feeds you is a bad idea ?

 

I do !

 

These are the people that you want to buy your products and services right ?

 

I want more people to buy from me hence why I give without expectations .

 

Hence why I pump value on a daily basis .

 

And this is another reason why I ask questions and get feedback .

 

There is no elevator to success you have to take the stairs .

 

Conclusion

Get going now ! The next moment is not guaranteed .Do what you have to do and make every minute count .

 

Do not focus on your competitors ,focus on your audience .In life you get out what you put in .
