Weak leaders throw people under the bus to make themselves look.good .
Everything a weak leader does is geared toward short term growth .
They rarely do things that benefit their team unless their back is against the wall .
Good leaders accept responsibility rather than blame others .
Not every one that puts themselves forward to be a leader is a leader ,in fact most of them do it for clout .

Be open minded and proceed with caution when dealing with people .
Trust shouldn’t be given it should be earned .
There are lots of you that have been betrayed by people you trusted .
I know most of you ignored the signs and some you were oblivious however there is a lesson in everything which means you have the opportunity to learn from.the ordeal .
Some lessons are harsh but that’s the price we pay for being ignorant .

A s a CEO ,Manager ,President you need to be transparent otherwise you’ll create dis trust .
The worst thing you can do is deceive the very same people whom trusted you to lead them .
