Now days company culture is like it is non existent.

Attitudes definitely need to change .

When you have people at the top wanting to dominate and dictate then most likely problems will arise .

Being dictorial is not the way to get the highest level of productivity out your workers .

That is away of discouraging and destroying team morale.

It all starts from management .

So when you have disgruntled management there is bound to be chaos.

Who wants chaos in the work place ?

It is not logical to drive people away .

Don’t you realize that when there is no order and harmony that eventually your establishment will crumble ?

A lack of communication and managements willingness to dominate makes the work environment tense .

Without shared values and goals there is no direction and leadership .

To the companies that do have culture to you I say job well done.

Bad managemen not only errodes profit margins bad management also errodes confidence in the work place .

It might be time for you to re evaluate your company and make changes before it is too late .

Your business is still in operation but it sinking .

You might not see it but people talk about their experiences as well as what they have seen other people go through .

Look at the companies in your jurisdiction with high employee turn over rates .

That is not a good thing because it cost money to hire and re-train people.

That is money that could be invested into bonuses .

You want your employees to produce at the highest level yet you pay them minimum wages .

I understsnd you want to be highly profitable but if you do it at the expense of the worker then what ?

If you have your staff operating efficiently at a faster rate that alone is going to free up cash flow.

Do understand that a big part of company culture is employee appreciation .

Misconduct and chaos from management only discourages and confuses people .

How do you expect people to want to work in a hostile environment ?

The only things you are doing is intimidating and discouraging people .

Unruly management throws off the chemistry.

You would think managers would set a good example but they don’t for the simple fact they don’t know how to lead .

Bad management needs to be identified and dealt with .

When you have people at the top unorganized how can you expect your employees to be organized ?

Employees take orders from management and when faced with disgruntled managers the outcome isn’t good .

It is your duty to have everyone working together as a cohesive unit .

All inclusiveness and a mutual respect is probably the best way to encourage your staff .

When you limit your staff members in the decision making process they aren’t going to want to make any out of fear .

A good leader encourages employees to participate in the process . An insecure manager is going to dictate and micro manage . I have experienced bad management so therefore I make conscious decisions not to treat clients and the people I hire like that . The attitude and mindset of dominance can be a curse in the work place . If every one is comfortable the company can thrive .
