Not everyone is CEO material and not every person is cut out to be an entrepreneur.
With that being said every single day you should be learning .
One of the biggest challenges I have faced over the years was listening but I knew that if I wanted to grow I had to listen .
My biggest issue was listening to people talking in an what I assumed was aggressive .
I used to take it personal and felt like I was being challenged.

At the end of the day If you aren’t learning then what are you doing ?
I know we can be stubnorn sometimes but our stubbornness is will continue and has caused us to miss out on big opportunities.
Learn to Get out of your own way and get your ego in check . I had to do it .
Old behaviors that you know are holding you back you need to let go .
I know that some of you are rigid and regimental and you are holding on to traditional values that no longer benefit you in a modern society .
I am guilty too but growth requires you make changes and sometimes change is painful .

Do not be afraid of where you are because no one becomes an expert over night .
Be patient with yourself .
One thing I would advise you not to do is stress yourself or force yourself and get burned out .
In order to grow you need to learn how to leverage people money and time .
Time is short and precious .
Life is too short to do doing things your not un happy doing .
If you want your business to grow you have to learn to leverage time people and money .
There are things that take longer to learn than others .
I online marketing roughly 8 years ago but I couldn’t fathom multi tasking the way I am now .
I have to take my own advice and start hiring a team .
I have been slacking !
The sooner I do it the better because that is going to allow me to increase productivity and scale at a faster rate .
