What is The main  reasons why marketers fail toon socialmedia ?

When I tell you why they  fail you might be surprised but If you are not  surprised no big deal .

You might just be well informed

The art of marketing is not a dark secret neither does it have anything to do with people having super powers.

People see other marketers making sales and for some reason they think that the results  are magical.

When you start to think some one is using magic tricks it is that much easier to buy into scams.

When I say scams  ” I mean :get rich quick schemes.”

Any one promising you a huge financial return in 90 days is lying .

Because all it takes is for One person to buys into it then the lies spread   .

Remember People have expectations.

When you sell the dream you have to include the hustle.

I know that you want the sale .I like making sales too.

Recruiting is the word that comes to mind .

Recruiting and selling is important but the customer is priority.

What you are really doing is bartering services in exchange for money.

So there has to be a benefit  for both parties.

You will get what you want but first you have to give the customer what they want.

This is a small list that explains why some marketers  do not make progress

• A lack of understanding in building networking
• lack of clarity
I was just pitched with a “I have a work from home job ” and a  (I am in the process of team building and you can earn money with In 90 days )

Pure spamming at it’s best.

Not  one of them took the time to dialogue with me , both parties went straight for the sell.

The marketing wasn’t blend.

Very poor marketing on their behalf .

No skin off my back because I was once that way

But it is annoying.

Mind you I am not generating income consistently but I am on track to do it in the future.

I have a long term outlook .

Build brand equity now for a better tomorrow.

Hence why I like to look at things from different angles.

There are other people involved in the process.

The relationship has to be mutual.

The customer pays the Bill’s so the last thing you want to do is piss one of them off.

Your Reputation is everything .It can take years to build it Yet it can be destroyedt in minutes.

If you have not spammed anyone do not start now.

The people that spam me you or anyonelse are  going to learn the hard way .

Let me give you an example of bad customer service.

I asked for two dollars gas at the gas station on Sunday August 25 .After the attendant  pumped my gas he reached for the money with out putting the gas tank top back on my bike.

I was pissed but I did not show it.

In addition to that I felt like going to management .

There is more to customer service than money.

How you treat and make people feel makes a big difference.

Show empathy and you can win.

Most marketers are overwhelmed with excitement about the their new affiliate program until reality sets in .

When no sales are coming in that is either a time they  quit or chase the next object .

Words like “live the internet lifestyle” is giving people a false sense of what it takes to be successful online .

The biggest issue I have with slogans like that is that it opens the door for pain .

 

Do not buy into the fluff because it will cost you.

I refuse to water down my topics to aid and abet bad marketers .

No one wants to be treated like a whore.

If you do get lucky enough to get a one off sale using those push marketing tactics you will ruin your brand in the long run.
The market is full of unequipped marketers.

Because The only tools at their disposal are links to web pages.

Now if you have links to a blog post ,video tutorial,infofgrahics educating people something  that brings people value I can vouch for that .

I am not saying that it is easy  market 9n on socialmedia but it is an art.

The only other alternative is to spam and hope something sticks .

But offcourse that is more headaches.

Spamming is an unproductive form of marketing .
I did mention failure in my opening sentence right ?

I mentioned failure because I fail on a regular basis .

I am not talking about failure in the sense of failing on a campaign .

I am using failure in terms of failing to deliver value and wasting the customers  time .

I think that Alot more marketers can succeed If they changed their outlook towards customers.
Go on Face Book and search socialmedia marketing and you will find shit load  of people offering products and services in news feeds or  fan pages

Sales are ripe for the taking but you have to differentiate yourself .

The spammers are a blessing cause they make it easier for people like us to stand out.
The few marketers out there patiently building relationships are the ones making the big bucks

The “me” mentality is causing internet marketers trouble.

They have very little interest in the people but they want them to buy their products .

How could you not show interest in the people you want money from ?

It does not add up to me .

To be blunt that mindset is backwards.

Sooner or later you will realize but I hope you realize before it is too late.

A prevention is better than a cure ?

Is in it better to value the customer?

Maybe you think it is better to swing and hope something sticks the same way I did when I started out.

Mind you marketers on all levels are guilty of these acts.

The amount of established brands that I see making rookie mistakes is astounding .
And it is not because they are unaware.

This is because they are gunhoe and self centered.

Making it all about them.

By you not making it about the customer you make it harder on yourself.

The customer is not going to buy your products.

Now that is not aç good proposition to be in .

If you want to continue down that path knowing the consequences you have no one to blame but yourself .

Picture yourself losing customers ahead of time .

The truth is what very few  want to hear because it goes against their core beliefs.

The core belief is that ” I.do not have to earn customer loyalty.”

The game is changed now .The consumer has the power now .

They want value and entertainment

So if you are not willing to give them  value in a  time and  context that they want it  you are  setting yourself up for failure.

Why put yourself through unececcassry strife?

Your gonna face obstacles anyway but do not do it to yourself .

You can make things a lot easier on yourself If you apply my techniques.

Remember the market is crowded.

That means there are less people attracting customers .

The crowd seems to go in one direction.

Sell at all cost hey ?

And if I don’t sell ,something must be wrong with the customer ?

Saying things like (They don’t want to experience this life changing opportunity)

Sorry to burst your bubble but people do want change .What people do not want is the formula you are using to deliver it.

I have been on the other side of the fence .I was the one hunting sales like mad but I had to change my mindset .

To win big on socialmedia it requires work and effort

It is the Simple things marketers are not doing that’s causing  them.

Things like replying to comments and  addressing concerns of the customer.

There arec marketers like Garry V out there winning  people over because he genuinely cares

The sweet thing about his approach is that he answers questions from people whom are not Vaynetmedia clients.

You do not have to get the sale on the spot but rest assured when that person is ready to make a purchase chances are they will buy from you .

If you can shift your thinking away from what I can get to what value I can bring to the customer you will gain big time .

Some salesman want the easy way out ,they do not want the work .

You cannot sustain a business if you do not engage and give value.

Customers want value and that is the bottom line.

And If you are not willing to make the adjustments then there is no hope that you would ever build a sustainsble brand .

Yes you are the owner of the brand but the customer is your boss.

And I think that you are focused on control

So the thought of you having to listen and engage is not on the cards.

If I was you I would check my ego at the door .

Your ego is going to cause you to lose  business .

And when you do lose out to a competitor you have no one else to blame but yourself

This message is for me too.I had to be patient and disciplined in the same way as you.

Having been on both sides of the fence I know how to navigate. I don’t

I surely do not want to build a  bad reputation .

Spamming will get you into situations that you do not want to get into .

People will talk about you .Just check out customer reviews ,blogs .The news travels fast in the digital world.

I do not want you to give without asking because you need  to ask for the sale and you need the sale to general income to run your business.

I am trying to get you in the habit giving and asking

By giving and asking  you create balance .Ask ask and you will chase your customers away.

So make the transactions mutually beneficial to all the parties involved.

A happy customers is returning customer.

Remember customers are brand advocates.

Word of mouth is powerful.

Treat them with respect and you will benefit in the longrun.

The ball is in your hands now .

It is up to you to decide whether or not to  take action on any one of the tips  I mentioned.

Adapt a longterm strategy ,show empathy and I guarantee that you will get better results .

To succeed online you need to be consistently valuable in the market .There is no magic formula or software that will do it.

Plain old hard work and strategy. Think outside of the box and get creative.

Find common and uncommon ways to bring value to your audience.

Remember value is the utmost important part of the process.
