I constantly preach about coming to the market with something unique and valuable but I never saw this coming.
We live and we learn and I am definitely going to implement this strategy into my program .
Alot of times we have the right concept but wrong way of executing .

I want you to analyze your brand and cultural concepts to ensure that you are positioned for growth.
Amazon carved out a niche in the ecommerce market back in 1994 and never looked back.
Giant companies at the time were clearly under estimating the power of the internet .
By the time the bigger brands started positioning themselves Amazon had majority of the market share .
The first person to the market with a successful service and product gets the majority if the share.
The second person to enter the market gets a smaller percentage.
Third fourth and fifth fight over the scraps.
Now I can see the logic in Garry Vaynerchuks posts.
From this day on we have to do research to help ensure our launches become a success story.
This is another reason why it’s important to keep an eye on your competitors to see what they are doing.
In the event you do come out with a similar product you can develope a model that is better .
Now I see the picture more clearly, People want something different.
At some point in time you have to adjust.
I think one of the cures is to use cutting edge technology .
I am not saying try everything that’s new because old products need to be revamped to extend their shelf life .
It is the people that lead change. Not everything you do has to be precise but you do want to measure your progress .
Measuring results allows you to gauge and make mire accurate decisions.
We get caught up into the trends and in doing so neglect the need.
So ask yourself is there a need and a good way of finding out is by testing and getting feed back .
When ever 2 products are the same you have to fight on price points .
When your service is unique you don’t have to fight on price points.
You can’t focus solely on the sale.
When you look at your bottom line only you aren’t looking for new innovative cutting edge technology to grow.
There are people in the market executing and getting it right .
If you were to look at the startups that launched successfully and are still relevant to date you will see that they offer something unique .
If you want sales and growth then you need to be the alternative or something of extra value.
People want the added value and are willing to pay a few extra dollars to get it

When you have open market it’s a lot easier to gain market share and establish yourself.
When the market is congested with the same products and services it’s harder to sell your products and grow .
Why put yourself in a position where you have to put unecessary attention on yourself getting started ?
What you need is runway and enough run way to establish yourself.
Every market attracts competition .
Having a big market share attracts competion and this is why you need to havev economic barriers around you .
Economic barriers help to protect you in the market .

Brand authority
Unique products
Mass producing at a lower cost
There are lots of marketers selling the same digital products.
Of course a few of us will win by putting out more value.
It would be more advantagous to sell on value and uniquness.
This is why I like incorporating strategy into my marketing campaigns .
I see people like myself in the past just follow someone else’s marketing strategy just because they was successful using it .
This article has opened my mind because now it is ingrained in my mind one size does not fit all.
I am not against learning from other people because that’s how you grow .
Marketing in sheep like fashion is going to cause you to lose out on sales .

On socialmedia people follow you and communicate with you for various reasons.
I can tell you there are people that are there to genuinely learn from you .
Some people are attracted to your vibe and style. There are people that like how you talk.
You being you and not trying to portray an image of being some one else is going to draw people in .
I want you to keep yourself 2steps ahead by 1 Knowing your audience 2 Doing your research 3 Being innovative .
Continue developing and testing ways to expand your share in the market .
