Serious reasons why you should stop acting like you know it all

If you don’t know then you don’t know ;there is no need to act like you know it all because you don’t.

When you assume to know it all you shut down opportunities to learn and grow . Then after that you become unteachable.

I am not saying take every ones advice and not to challenge yourself .

I am saying to strike a balance and look at how you can be the most productive person you can be .

There is no shame in not knowing it all . The people that are ashamed of not knowing it all are the people with biggest insecurities .

Utilizing the hands and minds of other people will makes your life easier providing you teach them .

Sometimes we allow our egos to get in the way and Interfere with progress .

People that know it all are the least productive .

Successful people don’t pretend to know it all .

We cannot be good at everything but we can excel and be productive doing multiple things.

It is time for you to learn how to delegate task .

Learn to trust people doing certain things .and If you aren’t sure you can trust that person you shouldn’t have them around you .

It is your job as the leader to equip people on your team with the tools they need however you need to invest in people for it to work .

Get people the proper training they need.

In other host work shops etc .

It can be stressful trying to keep up with the demand especially if you don’t know how to balance things out .

Work on your weaknesses but cater to your strengths .

You will always be stronger in some areas than in others .

You have to be smart enough to know what to outsource .

Look from different perspectives because time is freedom if you use it wisely .

Who doesn’t want free time to explore and do the things they love ?

I have just gotten to hire people on call .

I had a hard time trusting people perform certain task but I know if I want to grow I have to .

My work is not perfect but it’s thorough ;quality and productivity are 2 areas that I focus some of my attention on .

On the flip side I can’t maximize productivity if all my time is being consumed .

As a matter of fact I can’t live a happy productive life if I am stressed out .

Stress kills people so therefore you need to create balance .

In order to create balance you need to prioritize and plan strategically .

When a person is happy that is when they are most productive .

Multi tasking is not a skill that every one is good at but more importantly the skill of keeping your ego in check is even more important .

Your ego will tell you do it even when you have people around you that are willing and capable.

Ego’s are necessary however you have to know how to contain them .

You must not allow your ego to lead you as there is only so much time in a day .

You have to start opening your mind to see the big picture .

Time is worth more than money .

The worlds most successful people utilize people . Jeff Bezzos is a prime example .

Rich minds value time freedom and happiness but poor minds value control and the illusion of power . A power hungry person would multi task just to show you who is in authority but not to make progress .

It is easy to over exert your self and stress yourself out however when you are stressed your mind is clouded .

When you are highly productive you achieve more . I had to learn how to manage my ego so that I can be more productive too .

I know trust plays a major role so lead set the example and teach people how you want it done .
