Leader ship is not a position or title leadership is a responsibility .
In this day and age we have a lot of disingenuous people leading people .
Luckily you don’t have to be a victim but a trendsetter and an independent thinker .

I can easily determine how a person is based on their ora .
I learned not to make promises ,why make promises if you know you are going to honor your word .
People With ill intentions make the most promises .

Some people have the gift of gab but I am not one you can fool .
Yes some people are naive desperate and gullible but predators do not care whose emotions they manipulate .
I am sure you have heard stories of people getting embezzled .
It is definitely not a coincidence.
People want to get rich over night however they are an easy target for predators .
Get them excited then sell them a dream .
There are always people that put themselves in position to capitalize and exploit peoples vulnerabilities.
The mentally and spiritually and emotionally unstable people are easiest people to sell a dream to .
In their minds this person is going to make their dreams come true .
People’s ora don’t lie but some people are easily fooled.
People define leadership differently and tolerate and adhere to even the worst of leadership .
People that don’t think for themselves are the easiest target.
People that know that they are taking advantage of you aren’t going to tell you.
Unfortunately we have people starving for attention that are willing to do anything to get in position of authority .
There are very few leaders in this world today albeit we have people “playing the role .”
Most people want authority to rule and dictate but that has nothing to do with leadership.
Leaders inspire and incorporate others .
What we see now in today is people mis leading people .
They want to rule and bask in glory.
You are not a leader if you aren’t uplifting others .
Stealing lying manipulating isn’t leadership .
In fact doing any of those things only shows me how insecure you are .
Why lie in the first place ?
I you have to lie then you have something to hide .
Leadership comes with a responsibility but it also comes with benefits .
We have people in authority that are driven by rewards hence why their performances are lack luster.
A good leader is going to facilitate and lay a solid foundation .
On the contrary we have people in “leadership ” destroying .
Good leaders build.
So why do so many “leaders” feel they have to lie ?
My answer to that is simple.
They were liars before they got to where they are .
You as an individual have to take responsibility for your decisions.
No one leads me besides me but for most of you “electing leaders ” you need to do your due diligence .
Screen them out.
Most officials want you to elect them but not hold them accountable .
If you judged these persons based on their performances I bet you would elect very few of them .
We have leaders such as Elon Musk changing the world with innovation , inspiration and Technology . We also have examples .
Not every one putting their selves forward has good intentions.
There are very few good leaders in the world today however there are countless people that inspire me .

I am a very intuitive person meaning I read into peoples intentions and spirits .
I will never allow myself to be mislead . I trust myself and my instincts and if I get it wrong I live with it .

My spirit wouldn’t rest right If I was going along with lies to maintain control.
