A great business is solution orientated research driven ,innovative and people centered .

A not so good business gives bad customer service yet still wants your money .
I can’t stand when I come into an establishment and get bad customer service .
As investors we want maximum returns on our money but we wouldn’t get it if the companies we invest in lose money and market share .

This is why you should learn to understand people .
You as the corporation facilitates the environment so that people can thrive in it .
Once people get a taste of the company culture they’ll be back for more .
In other words give customers ab exceptional experience .
Let’s be real with ourselves because there is no perfect business .
Some people lack proper communication skills .
No one is going to get it all right but that is not an excuse not to perform .
When I walk into a business establishment and am greeted with a smile and good service I am satisfied.
Now on the other hand if walk into a business establishment and am greeted with an attitude I will file a complaint .
An outstanding business knows that it needs people .
With that being said you have to do your research and weed out the bad apples because not every is an ideal customer .
When you do your research on people you get a better understanding of the people .
A business that is intune with people knows when to promote it’s products and when not to .
Timing is everything .
There are times when the consumer wants to buy then there are times when the consumer wants to consume content .
Not every one is going to buy when you are in the mood to sell .
Stop being in a rush to sell your merchandise ,being forceful is going to turn people away .
Make People a priority not your bottom line .
You shouldn’t be in a rush to make sales .
Take the time out to create an environment where people feel appreciated.
When you are eager people sense it .
