At Least when you communicate every one has an idea of where you want to go and what you want to do . That way every one is on board .

As a leader and entrepreneur I know what it is like to work under people that are egotistical .
When you are running a business or have been given authority you need thick skin .
People will test you but you can’t afford to be blowing up .

I learned a lot in the streets enough to give me the experience on how to deal with situations in any environment.
when you no longer react to situations negatively but more so calm that’s a sign of maturity.

Listening is not a hard skill to learn but it’s more difficult when all you want to do is talk . Regardless if you are in authority or not you must be willing to listen if you want to be taken seriously and respected .
2 Mindset conditioning
Things like reading,exercising meditating, praying can improve your minds functionality. What ever consumes the mind will manifest .Mind needs good nutrition like the body .
3 Leading by example
Set the example but make sure you set a good one .Being that you are in authority people are going to be watching you .
4 keep learning new skill-sets
Keep improving yourself because when you do you will feel a lot better about yourself . When you feel better about your self you behave different.
5 Being in authority
Being in authority doesn’t mean you can’t listen .If you aren’t listening you sure as hell aren’t going to learn .
6 Encourage Dialogue
You should encourage people to make suggestions .Allowing people to make suggestions is a good way of getting conversations started and giving birth to new ideas .
When you get people involved they’ll perform better and take the initiative to do more . Wouldn’t you like that ?
