Yes You will get bad reviews but you sure don’t want to create the animosity by giving off bad impressions.
As quick as people praise you for the good that you have done they’ll attack you if you disappoint .
There are people that will troll you and try to assassinate your character for nothing so imagine giving them a reason to attack you ?
That is a reality we have face as entrepreneurs but we still have to conduct ourselves like professionals.
In the business World word of mouth is the best form of advertisement you can ask for .
As long as you keep your reputation intact people will jump to your defense when people try to slander your name .
When you build up customer loyalty rest assured you will have a demographic of people supporting your business religiously .
All it takes is One good review to get more attention and customers .
Please note that Business is about service and value not just your profit and sales margins.
I had to practice time and time again to get myself into the habit of giving without expectations even when I do have expectations.

I am not telling you that I don’t want to make money because I do but what I am telling you is the customers needs are my priority.
Businesses need money to run but more important they need customers to patronize them .
Without people businesses pretty much have no purpose and this is why today I am pushing the idea of purpose based businesses .
You can’t build a sustainable business without customer loyalty.
Customer loyalty doesn’t mean they wouldn’t shop elsewhere.
Customer loyalty means you have built up trust and served a demographic of people very well enough to inspire them to purchase from you consistently.
You can’t make it about you only and expect people to feel comfortable and satisfied to.
There are many brands and marketers that over look customer appreciation .
I like to putting myself in the shoes of customers .
I would be the first to tell you how much I hate being pitched to by strangers.
Some businesses think it’s cute to pitch youbrsndomly but I don’t .
What makes you think that a person with an issue wants to buy something from you before having their issue resolved ?
Spamming up people is a quick way to push people away from you.
Oh and let’s not kid ourselves ,every one of us are here to sell something however customer needs are priority.
If you help people get what they want eventually they’ll help you achieve your goal.
Business is about giving and receiving.
If you are giving value in the market at some point in time you deserve to ask for sale .
You noticed I said ” you deserve to ask for the sale” and not “you deserve the sale ” and this is because selling is privilege not a right .
Lets be clear because No one has to buy anything from you just because you are giving .
I still fight with it from time to time .
When you plant seeds and nurture those seeds something is bound t happen.
Try looking at customer service in the context of planting seeds .
The first person whom you are helping might not buy from you and the second and third and so on but eventually some persons will .
To be a good sales person you have to be a good listener because customers like knowing they are being listened to .
The way to show customers you are listening is to give them solutions that are based on the feed back they are giving you .
Customers keep your business alive so you would want to make sure they are satisfied.
No not every demographic audience is an ideal audience .
There will be cases when people can afford your product and service then there are people that can’t afford.
There is no use trying to market to every single audience ,Focus on providing value to the market .
When people see you providing value consistently they are more likely to buy from you .
Remember to make it about people and not just your business and you will succeed.
The reason why I am telling you this is to help you create and find balance.
Sometimes you are going to lose money as is expected in business but you don’t want to lose customers because of negligence.
You are not going to keep every single person happy neither are you going to retain every single customer that buys fromyou .
That shouldn’t stop you from growing your email list and subscribers base .
Keep up to date with what’s going on in the market and try to be the first test new initiatives.
The first person isn’t always right but it gives them the opportunity to test something new .
Even if they fail they had the opportunity to learn it first.
When you are first to test and you get it right you get a head start on your “competitor’s .”
Learn to keep your ego in check .
Learn to ask and give .
Use reverse psychology Don’t always ask for the sale ,sometimes you have to give up something up front to get what you want which is the sale .
Just yesterday I offered to share some tips with a fashion brand and right away the owner asked me how much is it going to cost her for my services .
I didn’t give her a price .
All I asked for was a testimonial in exchange for my service .
Now That is an example of indirect marketing.
I could have quoted her a price but I probably would have lost a potential client ,Instead I showed genuine interest .
With that being said I will follow up, ask questions and share my advice while At the same time warming her up .
Take your time and nurture people .
You have to be patient throughout the process and Be genuinely committed .
Don’t you dare think that you can fake the funk without it being detected because People will catch on to your bull crap .
So that means you can’t keep going along as if customers are fools of you are doing that .
If You rub one person the wrong way you ruin your reputation.
Treat people with respect, in return they’ll appreciate it .
Yes you will always have people that don’t appreciate what you do but that’s always going to be the case

Look for a solution in that needs to be met in the market then provide it .
