Taking Responsibility is something we all ran from at some point and time in our lives .

When society talks about responsibility they tend to associate it with paying bills .
Paying your bills is a responsibility but that is not the responsibility I am talking about today .
Sometimes you will take on the task that others are not ready or willing to do .
Please …. do not put on a cape and try to be a super hero because that is definitely not what I am talking about here .
I am more so talking about full filling a need in your country or in the world that brings value to yourself or those around you .
If you’re not willing to take on responsibility you will never be successful.
Being successful requires discipline and discpline comes from being responsible .
If you look at people like Jeff Bezzos Elon Musk Nark Zucherberg you will note that they are innovative .
Accepting responsibility is a sign of maturity and leadership .

When you face it you grow .
Lots of people want things to change but some would rather sit on the sidelines .
Fear and doubt is holding a lot of people back from making progress.
There are things that we knew we should or should not do yet we still did or did not do them despite the consuquences ib one case and benefits in the other .
In this episode I am more focused on the actions that can bring about change .
Like you being the first one in your family to be a millionaire.
You be the person to break tradition .
Be that person that sees something needing to be changed in your household or relationship or your job or your business .
It is up to you to realize that change is a necessary in life .
Hence why I am urgjng you to go beyond your comfort zone .
Learn to visualize and internalize because the eyes can only see so much .

Sometimes we hesitate to do things and in doing so we can stifle our own progress .
Hesitation causes us to doubt and confuse ourselves .
When you are assertive and take initiative on what needs to be done that is when doors open up .
The Same rules apply in the household and whom ever is not pulling their weight shouldn’t be there .
If you are in a situation co parenting or relationship or are a business partner collective effort is required .
If you are around people that are not contributing then it is time to cut them lose .
There is no way you should be sharing benefits with people who are not putting in the work .
If you are sharing your rewards then by all means share the work load .
People want free rides and rewards .
Do not allow it to happen .
I know what it is like to have to struggle .
It takes discipline to be willing to struggle your way out .
When you take responsibility what you are saying is ” I see something that needs to be changed and I am changing it.”
That is a good example of a person with leqdership skills .
As a wise person you must learn how to decipher what is and what is not worthy of your time and energy as well .
If you aren’t careful you could end up burnt out .
Be mindful
When you become an authority figure like myself you have to be mindful .When people note that you take leadership they will begin to trudt and confide in you .
Do not walk around with your head in the clouds and do not take people or things for granted . Every person I know that takes responsibility has a following . What you do from that point onward is just as important.
Leadership
When you take responsibility you automatically assume a leadership position .
Leaders lead by example and inspire others .
If you are a person that would rather do the work behind the scenes you are a leader too .
Not every person is built to be on the frontline .
Furthermore when it comes to leadership it is not so much where you are but more so what you are doing .
Never be a follower .

Leaders take responsibility and dictators whom call themselves leaders like setting double standards .
With leadership comes great responsibility but leadership falls under the remit of responsibility .
Conclusion
Leaders are supposed to be responsible and reliable and trust worthy . If you are not trust worthy yet you find yourself in the position of leadership you are doing yourself and others a disservice.
