For some reason some of us have our minds fixated on the dream of success.

If more people were to take that same energy and invest into the implementation of goals and dreams they’d be much further ahead .
We brain tease ourselves thinking about the possibilities .
The truth of the matter is any dream without action is a mere deception.
Dr King had a dream so now everybody seems to be fascinated with dreams.

I am a big dreamer too but more importantly I have become a doer .
You have to put in the time to be successful .
No one ever became successful without some hard work.
If you want to build a brand and build notoriety you have to do lots of ground work to establish yourself .
“Faith without works is dead ” does that sound familiar to you ?
So that means putting your time and effort into your business and not trolling being disruptive .
See ,I believe in luck and magic in it’s proper context .I believe in planting the seeds that I want to manifest .
So if your goal is to set up an online business then you will need
- Blog
- email list
- YouTube channel
- skills
You would need these channels to communicate your message to the demographics that you want buying from you .
I have a blog that is growing but can grow at a faster rate if I share more post and repurpose my content .
But as a result Of me having a YouTube channel and blog I get free traffic from the search engines .
The best compensation and business plan in the world does not guarantee you success.
Executing on your ideas is of the utmost importance .
You can not be selfish with your thoughts and ideas and then expect to be successful.
Some of you are you are hell bent on protecting your ideas.
I cannot monetize your idea.Your idea would have to be approved in the market before I can consider monetizing it .
So what makes you think that your idea is better than the next person who is executing ?
Day in and day Out I am online networking and building up my reputation .
I am not saying not to think but what I am saying is stop overthinking and assuming.Start executing .
Execution gets you results .
After you act and get a result you will know what needs to be omitted ,tweaked, added in etc ….
But there is no way to get a result to measure your progress without making an effort .
I was once in the same boat as you .I was confused and sucked into different gimmicks .
But When I realized that I have to apply myself that is when things changed for better .
I stopped buying up coaching programs and softwares .
I will list a few softwares that are useful for business later on in this post.
Even with the tools you still have to do the work because nothing is ever 100 % automated .
If you want 100 %automation the best advice I can give you is to develop and market a robot for others to use .
Maybe you want the easy way out via automation .
I believe In doing things strategically but there is no way I am going to 100% automate my work load at this time .
Maybe 100% automation might be the way the world is going some time in the near future .Maybe there are brands testing 100% automation as we speak .
As of right now customers want to sense and feel that connection with other human beings .
So do not buy into the notion of running your business on autopilot whilst you do nothing .
Amazon is the fastest growing e-commerce brand in the world and even they are not fully automated .
I think if you are committed to
- serving
- Evolving
- Inspiring
- Being genuine
- Showing up consistently
There is no doubt that you can thrive .
There is no progress without effort .
Get down in the trenches and build authentically .
In my opinion it is better to build a people orientated business .
People orientated businesses think of the next person .
People orientated businesses .
- Test
- research
- manage cost
- show customer appreciation
People will sense whether or not you are genuinely into it for them .
Business policies and staff reveal what your business is about .
There is lots of work that goes on behind the scenes that the naked eye does not see.
What the public sees is a representation of your brand .
You have to execute to become a well renowned establishment .
You have to get results of some sort in order for people to notice you .
Come from underneath the rock you have been hiding under.
It is time to look up and face reality .
No pain no gain .
If you want the gain but do not want the pain get out of business and get a job .
Far too many have the mindset of entitlement .
Entrepreneurship is a title ,it does not mean that people should just hand you their hard earned money .
You should work your ass off so that you can hire a team of staff around you .
Time is of the essence .
If you are running your Enterprise solo then your hands are tied behind your back .
You should only do that for so long .Once you get to the level of hiring people you will have more free time to do other things .
I am actually glad that I mentioned time because I need to hire writers so that I can amplify my content outreach .
I am a firm believer in leverage
- Leverage time
- Leverage people
Leveraging is one the most effective ways to execute .
Of Course excessive leverage is a killer .
The one man band mentality will only limit your growth.
You have to start thinking in terms of growth and leverage .
The more you can leverage and barter the more you can produce.
When you produce you have tangible results to measure and build upon .

- set up a YouTube channel
Website designs and coaching programs are secondary to work ethic .
Put in the work
No work no pay and that is simple . If you want results challenge yourself to learn f,and innovate .
