Technology is evolution . Apps like Face book, Tik Tok , Instagram are convenient but it's not like we can't communicate and market with out them . Even though I said what I said I still think people should utilize technology as much as they can to their advantage .

You are in control of your actions and thoughts unless you decide to give power and control to some one else. Enrich yourself with knowledge then use that knowledge to empower people.

Be real with yourself first .If you are real with yourself you won't have to worry about people questioning your credibility.

Fear is false evidence appearing real .The best way to get over your fear is to do what you fear the most.
