Some employers put pressure on their employees which makes them nervous .

When you do that you put every staff member on pins and as a consequence the atmosphere becomes tense .

That is one of the reasons why people are miserable and reluctant to want to go to work every day.

People calling in sick ebecause they don’t want to deal with the drama .

Going to work shouldn’t be a sudden death moment .

The work environment should be employee and customer friendly .

I know how some bosses like threatening to fire people .

You don’t want to be known as the boss that treats people one way outside of business hours but treats people like shit during working hours .

That bullish mentality is only going to cause friction and it’s going to back fire .

I know you want to be heard and you have big responsibilities but people need to be treated like humans .

An employee shouldn’t be afraid to approach you to raise their cocerns .

If your relationship is distant with your staff members you need to change that .

Be the CEO that drops in Every so often and has those conversations .

When your workers are confident in you they are going to go over and beyond .

The big question is how you do that ?

. If you want to foster growth in your establishment amongst employees you need to start incentivizing them .

Sometimes people need a nudge .

You can offer an award for your staff to get them motivated to do extra .

You cannot keep expecting them.to do extra if you aren’t prepared to reward them .

Don’t you want your employees to perform at the highest levels ?

If you answered yes you better being be paying them well and giving them big bonuses .

You aren’t going to get the best out of them paying minimum wage .

As the CEO you want things done, you have to be flexible if not people aren’t going to be asproductive as they can be .

Payimg minimum wage will only encourage your staff to undermine you .

I would rather take in smaller profit margins than to be paying minimum wages but bigger profit margins .

You might benefit in the short term under paying your staff but in the long run you are going to pay .

Think about every time you have to train a new employee .

Low productivity will hurt your business.

That is what happens when you refuse to invest in your employees .

When You are demanding alot but the pay scale is not enough to inspire your staff.

Then when work isn’t completed or done half ass you complain .

As long as you are paying low wages your staff will continue undermining you .

I am a firm believer in paying good wages .

As a CEO I do not want to be tossing and turning at night .

I want to make sure that you are trained and given responsibilities that make you feel like apart of the team .

I know what it is like to want to control everything but If you look at rich people they have control over money time.
