For those of you that are stuck between business execution and ideas I have some advice for you.
Having too many ideas is a gift and a curse and a benefit .
One benefit is that you have options .
The down fall is not knowing what you want to do , So to eliminate the confusion pick one thought and execute .
Execution is what gets you results.
I know the feeling and thrills of having grest thoughts. I know The thoughts of possibilities gets you excited.
At some point you have to get going because the market is going to waite for you .
If stall the process too long some one else will produce some thing similar or the same .
I know people that worship ideas and talk about thei having ideas as if the idea can sell on it’s self .
So I am saying stop the mental masturbation and start building .
It is good to have ideas but it’s not good having them in your mind doing nothing .
Ideas don’t sell on their own unfortunately so therefore you can have the best idea in the world and still not be successful . Your idea has to be trade marked copywriten and patterned and manufactured if not it means nothing .
How to Be a Remarkable Innovator
You and I are not the only ones with an idea.
What makes you think the world is waiting on your next big secret ? You need to get busy executing .
Maybe your “secret” is the next big thing but the only way to determine that is to build measure learn .
Even if your idea is good It has to produced marketed and manufactured .
No person in their right frame of mind is going to pay a dime for your idea but they will pay you to consult .
It cost money to produce ideas into sellable products.
It doesn’t take much to dream . Any one can fantasize but whom ever executes is going to win In addition to that products and services become absolete.
By the time you are ready to come to the market things change .
Holding on to your thoughts and not executing is a bad idea .
Amazon And Apple are two of the most innovative companies in the world. Every time you look they are researching testing and developing something new and that’s one of the reasons both companies are ahead of the competition.
So The difference here is that your idea is in your mind the other ideas are in the market selling .
Some people get mad when some one runs with their idea ,The only person you should blame is your self.
You think keeping it a secret is going to save you but it won’t. Build it measure and learn,that’s the way to eradicate the problem.
If you find you have a thought that’s not working out pivot or get rid of it and move on .
To be successful you have to incorporate the idea into a plan of action .

I am not saying tell every body what you are doing. I am saying execute and let the results do the talking.
If you aren’t producing results there is nothing to measure and learn from .
Business growth comes by way of innovation hence why you have to test and tweak constantly .
I know people that love ideas lots of but never execute .
The longer you waite and put it off your idea the window of opportunity gets narrower and narrower. Tim and people change.
Trends come and go , so if you want to continue on sitting on the sidelines that’s on you .
I know every person with successfull Ideas puts them to work. It doesn’t matter how brilliant you are or how good your idea is .
If you are not putting it to work it’s useless .
People that are conservative protectionist end up hindering themselves.
You can’t experience growth being rigid ,sometimes you have to disrupt.
Being protective of your dream gives you the comfort and satisfaction of no one knowing about your secret weapon .
In actuality it gives you the illusion of comfort and accomplishment . No one cares about whether or not you produce your idea or someone else does.
At the end of it all people see something they want and like they are going to buy it .
No one is going to give you credit or a review for a product that you didn’t manufacture and produce.
When you see some on else do it you will grumble and complain. I have seen it play out over and over .
You might say well that person couldn’t come up with the idea on their own .
Like calling some one a plagiarist when you decided to sit on the idea.
They didn’t have to come up with the idea for it to be a success
To be successful create something people value it doesn’t have to be an idea you thought off.
Bill Gates didn’t come up with the idea of the computer . Any product that is unique and valuable sells . other words we can both sell cell
For example: We both sell phones but yours has better features it Is 100 % water proof has longer lasting battery life .
In this scenario with good narjeying yours phones are more likely to sell than mines .

Just do it
Stop overthinking .Overthinking creates doubt and slows down progress. If there is any idea you are unsure of do a little research build it in phases and get feed back.
Stop keeping it a secret
No one will ever know who you are if you remain the best kept “secret.
No one will know what service or products you offer .
If you want to be discovered you have to be searchable.
Trends and people change
Don’t waite too long to disrupt the market with your new proto type .Use the people in the market to tweak and improve your product and services.Use The market to give you insights on what needs to be improved .
Build with the people
You can only grow by innovating researching and developing. Don’t be afraid to test and tweak your product and services.
Get your self in the habit of upgrading
Don’t waite until your product and services reach growth maturity before you decide to change.
Stop worrying about competition. you keep worrying about the competition and focus on the execution.
Keep in mind some one else is out there producing their own idea and getting results.
That persons Idea doesn’t have to be as good as yours to be a hit

The idea is good If you are going to put it work.If you Tom’s of ideas then don’t execute then the thought is wasted .
There is no need to sit and waite for the perfect opportunity because in my opinion that doesn’t exist .
