Can you run a successful business if you don’t believe in yourself ?
People have different meanings of success first of all .
I believe in myself and what I am doing with all my heart.
My level of self belief is unbelievable. I have been through it all.
I know what it’s like having people boycott my business for personal reasons.
My approach had to change .I learned better and started shifting my thoughts.
I found out solutions and good relationships is the heart and soul of a business.

People look at money and use it as a measurement of success . When you are money hungry and not focused on the people you fall apart.
People are the heart and soul in any organization. Disenfranchising people can destroy your credibility , Hence why persons have to do things with integrity.
When you have integrity you will not do things to downgrade yourself or other people.
Ask yourself this question ( should people believe in me ?) Your answer is going to shape your outlook in life and your endeavours.
We all have dreams but that is where the comparison’s stop . Do you expect other people to believe in you and trust you when you don’t trust yourself.
This is your vision and your plan which means it is your duty to see it through .
If you don’t believe why should others?
If you went in a meeting to strike a business deal and you lacked confidence you would cause people to doubt you .
You have to believe in yourself and your dreams first . Like saying you want to lead but lack confidence in your ability to lead . Do you think people are likely to buy in ?
I don’t think so . It is like setting yourself up for failure .
If you are approaching me with an Idea and I don’t believe in it I am not going to buy into it .
If there is believability I might just buy in . Do not expect others to do for you what you are not willing to do for yourself.
There has to be believability and it all starts with your confidence .
Remember your job is not to convince anyone . You have to do the work and lead by example .
Not everyone is going to support your journey .
People like advertising their success but very few of them share their failures .
There are times when you might feel like there is no hope because things are not materializing .
There is so much problems we face as entrepreneurs .
The reason why no one is talking about it is because that is the ugly side .
If you want to overcome the hurdles that being in business brings you have to be prepared mentally.
There Is no magic button you can push .
Fortunately tought times teach us lessons if we choose.

Trust and believability will take you a long way .
People see the confidence by the way you carry yourself. Confidence isn’t something that can be purchased.

Difficulty is a stepping stone . Self belief and success go togethe.
I don’t think that one exist without the other . To be successful a person needs self belief, hunger,desire to win ,grow, fail and endure . Without passion and will power to do any of the things listed above you are unlikely to manifest something worth while. Let’s dive in a little deeper about self belief .
Just because you believe in something it doesn’t mean it will fail . And this where we get it wrong sometimes .

Some people have good intentions but they lack vision . When you are sure of yourself it makes it easier for others to believe in you . Being dis organized and unsure makes it harder for people to buy into your vision even if you are being honest .
Just imagine you take interest in some one who doesn’t believe in themselves . That might make you second guess yourself . You have to trust yourself even when you make mistakes .
Lead with conviction and put an emphasis on value. As long as your priorities in the right place you will succeed.
Let me explain what I mean. If you have a vision and plan that elevates not just yourself but others you will succeed.
Do things with integrity and always put your best foot forward because What ever you do is representative of you .
Credibility is an important factor when it comes to success . Some people take shortcuts in life and expect to be successful .
Taking shortcuts gives you the illusion of success.It is Honesty hard ,work,innovation,strategy, integrity that makes a difference.
When you believe in something and you do it with pride people will take note .
You can either make it about you or make it about other people .
