Keys to socialmedia success
Honesty is clearly lacking on socialmedia because some of us feel we havev to front in order to be successful .
Very few of us are honest enough to post our failures.
Usually when you hear the terms “success” and “social media” people think of it is a secret .
Truth of the matter is that there is no secret to success .
You have to grind .
Let’s take a look at what some people use as benchmarks of success
- cars
- Sales
- jewelry
- big followings
None of that matters if you are not inspiring or educating others to do the same .
Hence why knowledge and application of knowledge is important to growth.
Some of us have to reflect and change our strategy
We really have to start thinking especiallywhen sales and bling takes precedence over morals, values ,solutions.
The bigger picture is in inspiring and educating people some of which I would elaborate more later on this post .
Clout chasers are the complete opposite.
Clout chaser wants the spotlights however they attract people whom are addicted to the fast lifestyle .
Measure success based on How many peoples lives you help to change .
Do understand that People are not concerned about your big house when they are in need because when they are in need they want solutions.
Solution orientated people make the biggest impact .
- Time
- energy
- effort
Is an investment in of itself.
You can impact the world in different ways but first you have to remove your ego .
This brings me to my next point.
It’s not so much “what I can get” but what I can do to alleviate some of your problems .
You see the difference ?
Use your talents to uplift people.
Focus on the persons needs , solve the problem, then you can make money .
Most people are convinced that people need their product and service.
No one needs your services furthermore no one is making a living off of your accomplishments.
If that was the case there would be no need for us to accomplish anything.
Start thinking of ways to add value to people’s llives .
Once you shift your focus away from what you want and start providing what’s needed you will win.
People are drawn into people they can connect with .
Sometimes you have to show the dark side of your story,people know that life is not all roses and sunshine.
As apposed to stunting all the time making it appear like the road is all smooth sailing .
Believe it or not stunting is not the most attractive way to build credibility and awareness .
The bling distracts us sometimes but we have to remain focused on the goal.
Mind you I love material but it doesn’t take precedence over my goals and morals .
Chase the process .
Chasing the process is going to produce good results sooner or later .
It takes discipline to maintain your focus with all the distractions going on around you .
Every time you look change is taking place .
Therefore You have to stay committed knowing your breakthrough is coming..
Hence is why it’s important to contain your emotions .
Don’t buy into the hype .
I have seen people come and go .
You will always get that temporary surge of people taking the spotlight due to a trend or event .
To build something worthwhile you need a strong foundation .
The foundation is hard work and integrity not capping .
I see people flossing but I also know stunting doesn’t equal to success .
If you allow people’s material results to consume your mind rest assured you will pro long your goal of being successful.
You have to decide what you want to do and why you want to do it .
If your definition of success is making commissions here and there then by all means go for it .
But don’t expect to grow and succeed with that type of mindset .
One of the reasons why I am consistent is because I give without expectations .
Offcourse I want to be rewarded for my time but service comes first.
Money is important but it’s not a top priority for me .
People that get on socialmedia with intentions to make money seldomly last unless they change their mindsets.
The People that serve and solve reap the benefits .
Conclusion
Don’t allow your lack of patience to stand in the way of your blessings .
It took me a while to be thinking like this but I am in a happy place .
I wouldn’t go back and change anything.
Take your rightful place and change the world .
