Everybody wants to drive traffic to their offers and I am no different.
I have seen people set up e-commerce sites post products and make absolutely no sales.
There are different tactics we use to drive traffic .
Search engine optimization is one of the most popular ways to do it .
Another way to do it is to share links podcast, vlog,blog send out email blast.
Then of course there are paid methods .
You can put some money behind a sponsored story on Facebook and boost your post .
You can put some money behind a well performing ad or story on Instagram and Twitter too.
The tactic that website owners and bloggers like to use is Search engine optimization.
Most of us do it in hopes of ranking on the first page of Google .
people buy back links ,blog ,comment ,insert images, videos ,posting in the business directory ,use meta tags to rank and get found .
The one thing that is constantly changing is the algorithm.
Some website developers will even cannibalize their websites and stuff them with keywords, something we call a black hat seo method.
So how are we supposed to compete and rank to get found on search.
I really think we should stop focusing on ranking and prioritize value and quality production at scale.
In other words write or vlog engaging content so that when people come to your website they stick like glue.
The longer people stay on your site improves your chances of ranking.
That is the indirect method .
Attack your goals indirectly instead of head on.
You might game the system here and there with cheap little tactics that drive traffic .
The problem with buying backlinks and domain names is those techniques are short term.
Let’s say you buy a domain name with authority .That site and Domaine will not give long-term traffic unless you build up your archives and produce quality.
There is so much to learn about traffic .
But in the pursuit of traffic keep in mind that you need qualified traffic .
I do not believe in the “bad traffic” because not everyone has the same interest .
There is a such this is a such thing as low quality content and wrong audience .
Let’s say you write a peace that drives thousands of hungry buyers to your site.
If your content is not valuable and engaging people will bounce off your website and damage your rankings .
Site optimization is not important but is secondary to quality production and attention .
Don’t overlook the value and solutions that are needed .
You want traffic but people want to know that they can come to your storefront and get what they need .
If you can blend that in with SEO you have a formula for success.
By the way SEO is not everything more so consistent action and hard work .
I think when ever You post according to the algorithm or Search engine guidlines you restrict yourself .
You put yourself in a box re.
Attention is the most important thing on social media.
Once you have the people’s attention and you deliver value they would follow you everywhere .
Seo is like the compliment .
Are you chasing the algorithm trying to beat and or game the system ?
Or are you working towards solution ?
Quality and attention is key .
So yes be a student and learn seo it can and will help you .
I am SEO Conscious hence why I write quality content .
Factor in the natural flow of keywords I insert in my post and linking back to older post to drive traffic .
That is one of my favorite Search techniques and blog commenting .
Just this morning I was on Facebook live doing a video which helps to boost rankings too.
Whenever I post and comment I do not do it for the sake of improving my rankings
I do it to bring value and engage .
I have been doing Facebook live videos for well over 6 months now and I notice an increase in engagement
Traffic is important for any brand that you wants to advertise and grow .
The place to be is where people eye balls are at.
I wouldn’t care if the Dynamics shifted away from social media because I go wherever the attention is .
That is important to keep in mind .People are your traffic and I think google prefers to give first preference to website owners ecommerce sites that meet the needs and demands of the customer.
In other words people come to your website for a fix and you are obligated to solve .
So when people come to your website and stick around and buy Google takes note .
Notice how I am teaching a more indirect way to drive traffic .
I am teaching you like this because I want you to be versatile and stand the rest of time .
Let me share something with you .
I post in Facebook groups on a daily basis.To make a long story short I wrote a post which stated re that there are 25 hours in a day.
The comments started pouring in like crazy .Most of the people that commented where more focused on the spelling error than they was the message itself .
I got a lot of attention on that one post.Whilst people were clowning me they were not cognisant of the fact that I accomplished my goal.
I got the eyeballs and attention of the people .
And controversy drives traffic too but you have to be clever about it .
If you dis agree with a point you can make a valid argument without inciting or provoking people because then they will know why you are doing what you are doing.
State your claims and drive your point home and that is it .
Another way of standing out is in being you.
One of the other reasons why business fail is because they aren’t unique they blend in.
By standing out you increase your chances of being seen and found .
You cannot stand out in a crowd dressing and talking like everyone else .
You will never stand out in business advertising like everyone else.
You can buy keywords ,sponsored ads ,or one of the many other tactics to get traffic .
Just know that being active sharing your content hosting p,using fan pages to host contest will get you lots of attention.
The attention is traffic and that is what you want.
Focus on engagement and traffic will come flowing through like a river .

No matter which way you look at it a business needs people to spend money in their establishments .
People are the life blood of business.Not every target audience is the same but you need peoples attention .
Once you have the eye balls you have have the traffic .
