5 phenomenal ways of controlling stress for free

 

What should be done  when you are feeling overwhelmed and frustrated ?

There are many ways to de stress however in today’s  post I am going to be focusing on specific techniques  . 

As humans we all are subject to stress hence why we should know what triggers us to feel such a way .

Whether it be a job loss a family crisis  or a  relationship  crisis my tips will help you .

The 9 – 5 life is hectic so finding ways  to relax after a busy day is not only important  but also healthy  .

Anything can come up and drive you crazy  on any given day  .

Neglecting your mental health is never a good thing .

Instead of not going to the massage parlour  you craving go with out hesitating  .

The vacation you have been wanting to take needs to be taken.

You cannot perform at the highest level if you aren’t  happy  .

Furthermore  you know what makes you happy but won’t  do it.

You feel that you have to take care of every one else even if it means you going without and that’s  unhealthy .

Go over and beyond   for your kids whilst striking a balance  .

You aren’t  going to be useful to your kids if you are  unhealthy .

Financial  stress is a  major issues  in households  .

 Cutting  back on non  essential items  will free up some cash .

Working tirelessly is going to cause your body to shut down ..

Going to work every day ,coming home at the end of the day  stressed out is unhealthy.

You don’t have any 1 in the household helping you which makes things a little more challenging  .

I think if you take time to re evaluate and Delegate task in your  household  things will flow  .

Planning ahead of time will help you too .

Its not hard to treating  yours elf

What’s so  difficulty  about taking a few vacation days ?

You keep saying  you need a few days off but won’t  take a few days off .

 

Identify things that cause you to stress 

Any and everything  that triggers your emotions needs to be addressed .

Even If it means going to a therapist for a few sessions and  stop putting yourself last.

We all face challenges  but it’s how we deal without our trauma that makes or breaks us 

My next point .

Some things are beyond our control

We control our actions, thoughts and however there are  things that  will happen that we cannot control .

You keep worrying  about what’s  going on in the world instead of focusing on your passions and your children  .

 

Hobbies are therapeutic

Washing cars is therapeutic for me .Sewing and  gardening might be therapeutic  for you .

Use your gifts to your advantage . 

You might like running  or cycling or swimming as a hobby 

 

It’s very important for you to  do what makes you happy .

 

Pamper yourself

Why not book a vacation and travel to that part of the world you’ve  always wanted to go .

You feel obligated to donate your time and resources to every one else yet you are neglecting yourself in the process.

It’s not a sin to put you first .

It’s time for you to stop feeling guilty for prioritizing you.



Purge your house

De cluttering your home  of all the extra furniture and appliances you don’t need cam make the .world of a difference  .

Whilst in the process purging  burn a few organic in scents  as well.your household 

 

Change your company 

 

You might just need to file for divorce .

You have good intentions how ever you are easily corrupted.

Bad company corrupts good character  .

You know that the company you keep isn’t good company .

You know what needs to be done but you need encouragement  and direction to get you going .

We all go through periods of difficulty so you are not alone .

 

Say No sometimes

Don’t be a good Samaritan at your own expense .

People will drain you and feel no way about it .

Do you like being used ?

People with low self esteem seeking validation help others  despite  not being appreciated  .

Why would a person subject their self to the abuse 

 

I will give you the answer 

They  feel a need to be accepted   (approved) by others to fill
a void that’s missing in their life 

To me that’s another form of abuse .

Today’s a new day and new opportunity  to jump start your day .

You are no longer in bondage to  pain or defeat .

Rise up and unleash the beast inside of you.
