Some of you want to lead but don’t want to listen .
Working with groups of people is different from working alone . .
We all have different opinions and concepts and ideals however we must not allow our differences to stop us from completing tbe task
All it takes is 1 person to break team morale . ” They say that a chain is only as strong as it’s weakest link . “
Not everyone can be the captain of the team ,some one has to be the vice captain .
Problems arise when everyone wants to be the chief so you might want to check your ego .
The worlds most successful people have teams of people working with them to achieve a common goal ..
Not every one is going to agree however that doesn’t mean we cannot find common ground .
With an inflated ego you are less likely to gain understanding .
Some of us want to be right all the time as We just want to prove a point and be heard even if it means dismissing others and destroying team chemistry .
There are some people I would never work with because I know they are not team players .
If the team prospers we all prosper .
The true meaning of team is unity and understanding so therefore If you don’t listen you cannot learn which means you aren’t a team player .
Be transparent
Transparency is vital for individuals and teams .
I know people in positions of authority abusing their power to sooth their egos .
Setting double standards only serves to divide and confuse .people
If you can’t be honest step down .
The Team selection process
Your lack of willingness to be transparent shows me that you have insecurities .
Vetting people takes a little bit of time but it’s well worth it . Vetting is going to save you a lot of time and a lot of head aches .
People will give you a good first impression just to get their feet in the door to try deceive you .
An infiltrator will say or do anything j to advance themselves .

Motivation gets you started but discipline will carry you through .
As team leader you need to be transparent and inclusive .
The minute you cause dis trust is the moment you’ll cause dissention amongst the ranks .

A lack of proper communication causes to confusion .
Team is plural not singular which you can’t make decisions without communicating with your team mates .
No you will not always agree however you have to respect and listen to the other persons view point to gain understanding of their perspective .
It’s either your way or no way at all
When it’s your way or no way at all there is no room for growth .
The .” I know it all mentality ” is for people with insecurities not for people with leadership skills .
Being in authority does not mean to rule and abuse but more so to lead by example and enhance over all performances .
