Social media is similar to a sports match where team work comes into play,so If you want to win this game you need to stand out and be  a valuable team player.

 

Now, let’s get into the  tips that I promised to share with you.

Tip#1

 

Network !You build the relationship and you also get to build trust.Once you build trust the door is open for sales .You would be surprised at  how many marketers overlook this Simple step.

If you have the discipline and patience to follow through I guarantee that you will be one up

Tip#2

Converse within your community,No one will know who you are if you don’t open your mouth.Don’t just talk just for the  sake of it ,do it to add value to the conversation .

Tip#3

Don’t be robotic ,if someone likes ,comments ,sends you a message take the time out to respond ,show them that you are authentic.

Tip# 4

Don’t get caught up into the hype and sales gimmicks that you see your fellow marketers involved in.

What I am talking about here is affiliate success.When you are not making sales and others are you can easily get drawn into the moment.

This can cause you to go into a buying frenzy and lose focus.To top it off ,when you do come back to reality you will be a few steps further behind the 8 ball.

 

I know first hand what it is like buying up affiliate programs stressing.That initself is a distraction !

 

Tip#5

Be truthful with your prospects  .So when you are prospecting and your prospect ask have you  made any money don’t be ashamed to say no if that is the case.

Furthermore you don’t need to be make sales first  to make a sale ,if that was the  case  there wouldn’t be no salesman on the planet .

There is not one marketer that I know that arrived on the planet sold.

Tip#5

Be a brand that uplifts not one that seeks to destroy competition .You can read Guy Kawasaki’s post the art of branding to get more information.

Tip#6

Look for loopholes in the market .In other words find out what and who is being neglected and tap into it.

Tip#7

The relationship is key yes but don’t try to come across as  trying convince others that you are  here to make friends when in fact you are here to make sales because It won’t get you far.

 

Tip#8

Be open and transparent with others.Show some vulnerabilities and strengths in the public eyes.

This means that you should be willing to answer questions and solve problems from your timeline or your prospects time line.

Another quick way to build trust is to ask your fellow marketers for help in public and admit when you have done wrong.

You might not see the benefits here and now but rest assured you will reap benefits in the long-run.

Tip#9

The more you read up on your niche the better you will be.So when you answer questions and share what you know you would be able to distinguish yourself.

Tip#10

Go beyond and over for your clients especially when you screw up

Controversy sells

Put a spin on a topic .

For instance.I read plenty of blog post on twitter heavily encouraging users to use 1-2 hashtags and to reach out to social media influencers.

My objection to the   rule is  that I get results overusing and using 1-2 tags in my tweets.

You see what I just done ? I was able to add my opinion in an intelligent manner.

As long as you can add spin in a logical methodical way you can get support plus you get more attention.

  Form a group

 

 

This is your hub,your trademark where you get to engage with in your group to help others.

Remember that you are the host so your job here is to educate ,inspire,entertain and solve.

If you can choose just one of the angles to tap into your followers minds you will see progress.

Don’t be negative

I would avoid using curse words or any forms of racism,sexism statements because that will ruin your reputation.

I am not saying that you shouldn’t speak about it but more so that you should tread light be respectful or else you will get the wrong kind of attention.

Set yourself up with a schedule so that you can challenge yourself to hit your marks.This is going to help you keep yourself accountable .

Conclusion

What you decide to do from here on out is going to determine whether or not you are successful.

The ball is in your court, I am just a discipline spreading a message to help you and myself along the journey.

It took me a few days with breaks in between to write this post because I have pride and value the content that I produce.
